What is this?
Hawaii Foodbank’s Senior Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provided low-income seniors with access to locally grown fruits and vegetables. Seniors will receive $50 worth of coupons (10 coupons worth $5 each) to use for participating farmer’s markets and roadside stands that accept SFMNP coupons. The program runs every April 1st – October 31st. Applications will open on April 1st.
Who Qualifies?
Low-income seniors (at least age of 65 years old)
Income no more than 185% of federal poverty income guidelines
Ex. One person = < $28,916
Ex. Two people = < $38,961
Ex. Additional people = $10,045 per household member
Those who have participated in SNAP or the Commodity Supplemental Food Program
Resident in Hawaii

Application process
Make sure to qualify
Go to https://hawaiifoodbank.org/sfmnp/ and either fill out online application or paper application.
Complete online application or mail to the following address:

If application is approved, receive coupons by mail.
Use coupons by the end of the program date (Oct. 31st, 2024).
