What is a HOLO card?
It is a card that can give clients access to TheBus by loading money in it or applying for the reduced fare program. Passes purchased after the 20th of each month will be active on the 1st day of the following month. Each HOLO card cost $2.

Qualifications:
Ages 6-17 years old, exception up to ages 19 years old
What to provide:
Proof of age (ID with date of birth)
Proof of school enrollment (school ID)

Senior Citizen Reduced Fare Card
Annual pass fee:
$45
Qualifications:
Ages 65 years old or older
What to provide:
Valid photo ID with a date of birth (driver’s license, state-issued ID, OR passport)
Senior HOLO Transit Card Application form

Disability Reduced Fare Card
Annual pass fee:
$45
Qualifications:
Proof of physical OR mental disability
What to provide:
Valid government-issued ID
Disability Bus Pass Application form (includes certification by a licensed healthcare professional in Hawaii)

TheHandi-Van Fare Card
Qualifications:
Clients purchasing a bus pass OR using the stored value at a reduced rate
TheHandi-Van HOLO card bus pass cannot exceed TheHandi-Van Eligibility
What to provide:
Government issued ID
Valid TheHandi-Van card
