KKV is grateful for all your feedback. We care about what you think and we are trying to follow your suggestions. Last year, patients completed over 400 Patient Satisfaction Surveys! Here is a short summary of what we learned.
SATISFACTION
99.56% of participants were satisfied or very satisfied with their care.
Many patients shared that KKV feels like home, a place where you feel safe, respected and can speak your own languages while accessing high quality care.
Patients shared many kind words that brought tears of joy to our staffʻs eyes. KKV is committed to improving our ability to listen deeply, provide helpful resources, and culturally safe care.

Wait Times
Patients shared that it took too long for KKV to answer our phones and for our doctors to see you.
“It is frustrating when I can’t get through (no one answers the phone) and when I’m scheduled for an appointment, I’m seen one hour or more later. The waiting time is crazy.”

Forms

“There are too many questions to answer and you have to fill out out the same forms over and over!”

KKV made our Medical and Dental registration forms the same so we donʻt ask the same questions twice.
Transportation
Patients reported that it is hard to travel to the clinic.
