2022 Kalihi Ahupuaa Ride

Come join us for our annual Kalihi Ahpua’s bike ride and fundraiser! This is a beloved event that gets our community out on bikes exploring Kalihi and building relationships!

During the ride, KVIBE youth will lead participants on a bicycle tour of Kalihi, exploring historically significant places spanning the ahupuaʻa from mauka to makai. The ride consists of five stops beginning at Ho’oulu ‘Aina. From there, riders will head down Kalihi Street to the KVIBE shop on Kamehameha IV Road, where they will learn about the program’s history and dreams. Next, the group will ride to Lo’i Kalo mini park (taro patch). The final destination will be Mauli Ola (Sand Island).
