We offer a discount/sliding scale fee based on income. Please come meet with our eligibility staff if you think you might qualify.
KKV receives HHS federal funding and has federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals. KKV is an FTCA deemed facility and has achieved accreditation as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).

To schedule an appointment for routine or emergency medical care, call 808-791-9410 and 808-791-9411. Walk-ins are seen on the basis of urgency and a first-come-first-serve basis at 8 AM Monday to Thursday and Saturday, 9 AM on Friday.
