Lomilomi is a traditional Hawaiian style of massage. This unique modality has the ability to heal, restore and unified the physical, emotional and spiritual through Lomi (touch), Aloha (love) and Ha (breathe). Using techniques like stretching to realign the spine and joints, talk story to release and let go and lomi to bring balance, harmony and peace to the human body.
